Once approved for a loan, you’ll be asked to provide the details of the bank account your salary is paid into. For this account to be accepted, it needs to be:
- the account that your salary is paid into
- in your name
- registered to your current address
- able to accept Direct Debits

If you need to make changes to meet the acceptance criteria, we suggest doing it before submitting a loan application. From the point that you’re approved for a loan, you’ll have 30 days before your loan offer expires.

Changing your name or address on your account
You can change your name or address on your account by speaking to your bank. After making a change, you will need to upload a bank statement that shows the change that has been made.
Changing the account your salary is paid into
You can change the account that your salary is paid into by speaking to your employer. Any new account will also need to be in your name, registered to your address and able to accept direct debits.
